These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MOBILRISE website, online store and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using MOBILRISE.COM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
These Terms apply primarily to purchases made by consumers. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable European Union or national law.

MOBILRISE.COM is an online retail store offering mobile phone accessories and related consumer products.
Orders placed through MOBILRISE.COM are fulfilled from our European warehouse operation in Slovakia.
Returns are received, inspected and processed through our designated returns operation in Slovakia.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using MOBILRISE.COM, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms.
When you place an order through MOBILRISE.COM, you enter into a sales contract with KC ECOMMERCE GROUP E.E., subject to these Terms and applicable consumer protection legislation.
If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer rights applicable under European Union or national law always prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in order to place an order through MOBILRISE.COM.

All prices displayed on MOBILRISE.COM are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT and taxes required to be included in the displayed consumer price under applicable law.
The total price payable by you, including applicable delivery charges and any other mandatory costs, will be displayed before you complete your order.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time.
A price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and confirmed by MOBILRISE, except where required by applicable law.
7. Promotions, Discounts and Offers
MOBILRISE may offer discounts, promotional prices, coupon codes, limited-time offers or other promotional campaigns.

We do not normally have access to your complete payment card number or security code when payment is processed directly by a payment provider.

Orders placed through MOBILRISE.COM are fulfilled from our European warehouse operation in Slovakia.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times and applicable delivery costs will be displayed during checkout or otherwise before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery deadline has been expressly agreed.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, customs procedures, strikes, technical failures or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

13. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If incorrect or incomplete information provided by you results in a failed delivery or additional delivery costs, we may contact you to resolve the issue.
This does not affect any rights you may have where the delivery issue was caused by MOBILRISE or the carrier rather than incorrect information provided by you.
14. Transfer of Risk
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to the products generally passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically takes possession of the products.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
15. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online within the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising this right.
The withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
For orders containing multiple goods delivered separately, the applicable withdrawal period generally begins when the last good is received.

16. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not conform to the contract, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products.
17. Legal Guarantee
Consumers purchasing goods from MOBILRISE are protected by applicable statutory legal guarantee and conformity rules.
EU consumer law provides a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the sales contract, subject to the applicable rules and any national provisions providing greater protection.

Returns are handled through our designated returns facility in Slovakia.
Please do not send products to our registered company address in Greece or to another address unless specifically instructed by MOBILRISE.

19. Refunds
Where a refund is due, MOBILRISE will process the refund in accordance with applicable law and our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
The timing for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
20. Customer Accounts
Where account functionality is available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You should not share your password or other account credentials with third parties.
You must notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
We may suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or protection of the Services, subject to applicable law.
